Privacy policy

Immobilis is a property management and rent collection service published by DALI TECH GROUP SARL, registered with the RCCM under number CI-ABS-01-2026-B12-00037, with its registered office at Quartier Commerce, Aboisso, Côte d'Ivoire ("we").

This policy applies to the immobilis.io website, the app.immobilis.io web app and the Immobilis mobile apps. It explains what data we process, why, who we share it with, and your rights under Côte d'Ivoire's Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.

For Immobilis users (agents, managers and landlords who create an account) and visitors to our sites, we are the data controller.

For tenants, prospects and other contacts that an agency records in Immobilis, the agency is the data controller and we act on its behalf, as a processor. Tenants do not have an Immobilis account. To exercise your rights over this data, contact the agency first; we help it answer you.

• Account: first and last name, email address, phone number, profile photo, password (stored only in hashed form) and, where applicable, sign-in with Google.
• Agency: name, address, phone, tax identification number, logo, team members and their roles, invitations sent.
• Tenants and contacts entered by the agency: name, email address, phone number, agreement to receive WhatsApp messages, inquiries, viewings and notes.
• Rentals and rent: properties and units, leases (rent, security deposit, due date), rent invoices, recorded payments (amount, payment method, Mobile Money operator, reference) and receipts. We do not collect any card number or bank or Mobile Money account identifier.
• Listings: descriptions, prices, photos and location of properties. We do not collect your phone's location.
• Messages: exchanges between members of an agency, and emails or WhatsApp messages sent to tenants through Immobilis, with their delivery and read status.
• Technical data: IP address and browser or device type at sign-in, a log of actions taken (sign-ins, recorded payments, changes), view statistics for public listings (IP address, browser, referring page), the mobile app's notification token and error reports.

We do not access your phone's contacts, and we do not use your data for advertising or for tracking across apps.

• To provide the service: manage your account, agency, listings, rentals and rent (performance of the contract).
• To send invoices, receipts and reminders to tenants by email or WhatsApp, on behalf of the agency and following its instructions. The agency makes sure it has its tenants' agreement.
• To send you verification codes and account notifications, which you can adjust in your settings.
• To secure the platform, prevent fraud and fix errors (legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax.

We do not sell your data.

Members of your agency see the agency's data according to the role they are given. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf and only for the purposes stated:

• Hetzner Online (Germany): Hosting of the servers and the database.
• Amazon Web Services (United States): Storage of photos, logos and PDF receipts.
• Resend (United States): Sending emails.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business) (United States and Ireland): Sending WhatsApp messages and verification codes.
• Expo, Apple and Google (United States): Delivering push notifications to the mobile app.
• Pydantic (Logfire) (United States): Technical logs and server error tracking.
• Sentry (United States): Error reports and session recordings of the web app, with text and input masked; messages sent from the contact page.
• OpenAI and Anthropic (United States): Importing and writing listings: listing text and photos only, never tenant data.
• Google (United States): Signing in with a Google account, if you choose to.

Our servers are located in Germany and several providers are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside Côte d'Ivoire. We choose providers that offer contractual guarantees of security and confidentiality. We will declare this processing and these transfers to Côte d'Ivoire's Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority (ARTCI), as required by Law No. 2013-450.

• Account and agency data is kept for as long as the account is active.
• When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymise the personal data linked to it, except what the law requires us to keep.
• An agency's payments and receipts cannot be changed and stay attached to the agency for as long as it exists, so that it can account for them.
• Ended sign-in sessions are erased after 7 days, together with the notification tokens linked to them.

All communications are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in hashed form, access to an agency's data is limited to its members according to their role, and receipt links sent to tenants cannot be guessed.

Under Law No. 2013-450, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Write to us at contact@immobilis.io from your account's email address. We reply within one month at the latest.

To delete your account, use the option in the app once it is available, or write to us at the same address.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the ARTCI (www.artci.ci). If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The web app only uses cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party audience measurement.

Immobilis is intended for real estate professionals and not for people under 18.

We may update this policy. If we make a significant change, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
